WHAT IS YOUR PRICE PER POUND FOR PICK YOUR OWN? TBD-2024
HOW LONG IS THE SEASON: We have found the season is 4 weeks usually starting right around July 1st ending close to the end of July. It comes and goes quickly so don’t miss it.
WHAT IF I WANT BLUEBERRIES BUT I DON’T WANT TO PICK THEM MYSELF? We have blueberries already picked from pints, quarts through flats [12 pints]. We will also be selling blueberries in 10 pound carriers. Please call ahead for larger orders. 570-838-2188
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR GRANDCHILDREN? Please do. We look forward to sharing the love of fresh blueberries with the next generation. We have some fun things going on at the farm for the kids too!
CAN I BRING MY PET? No pets are permitted in the field as we follow USDA food and safety regulations.
IS YOUR FARM ORGANIC? Yes we are-we are USDA organic certified through Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association as of June 2021
CAN WE BRING A PICNIC? We have a few picnic tables that you can use or bring a blanket and sit down in a shady spot.
DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS: We have 2 handicap accessible port-a-johns with wash stations. One right behind the farm stand and the other is located at the rear center of the field.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PICK? We are open from 8 AM through 8PM Monday through Friday and 8:00-5:00 on Saturday and Sunday and you are welcome anytime during those hours but midday gets pretty hot in July so choose what works for you and your family. By 4:00 in the afternoon we are getting shade on the west side of the field.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Sunscreen, bug spray [please don’t spray it on by the blueberry bushes], water bottle and container[s] to bring home your berries but we will have bags available too.
CAN I PICK IN MY OWN BUCKET? You sure can if you choose but we have plenty of buckets cleaned and ready to use. If you do bring your own please stop by the stand to have it weighed before you pick so you aren’t paying for the weight of the bucket in addition to your berries.
WILL YOU HAVE OTHER PRODUCE AVAILABLE? We are planning to have produce as it is available-cherries, tomatoes, corn, potatoes, zucchini, peppers, green beans, beets, onions…and more. All locally sourced.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? Yes, we use The Square and can accept all major credit cards. Cash or check is great also!
